  • Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help. You can return items purchased from Oiran Japan within 15 days of the original delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. Products that have been installed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs must be pre-paid and insured by the customer. Oiran Japan is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee at the customer's expense. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.


 

  • Refunds Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Warranty Policy

Oiran Japan provides a 6-months r warranty from the date of purchase on all products. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage This warranty covers only malfunctions due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage due to improper installation, accidents, abuse, or misuse. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item without charge.

Warranty Claims

To claim a warranty, contact our customer service with your order number, the problem description, and any evidence of the product malfunction, such as photos or videos. This proof will help us ascertain the issue and provide you with a suitable solution. We reserve the right to verify and reject claims that do not meet the warranty conditions.

Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for a refund or exchanging an item under warranty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.



General Conditions Our return and warranty policies are applicable only to purchases made directly through Oiran Japan. We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time without notice. Compliance with these policies ensures a smooth process for returning products or making warranty claims.
