A fitment result is a set of linked information: a defined vehicle, a lamp reference, accessories and conditions. Reading only the product heading can miss the detail that changes the installation.

This guide explains how to read the OIRAN vehicle fitment check. The worked examples use manufacturer records checked on 7 October 2026. That is the date we checked them, not a publication date stated by the manufacturer.

Start with the vehicle heading

Before reading the parts, compare the result’s vehicle description with the actual truck. Check manufacturer, model, vehicle type, production period, original lamps and voltage. Where the record distinguishes a model code or connector, keep that condition with the result.

If you know the production year but not the month, retain that uncertainty. Do not interpret an unknown value as a match. Photographs of the original connector can help a supplier check the physical connection; the manufacturer’s connector photographs are a comparison aid, not a wiring pinout or an instruction to modify a connector.

Read down the whole combination
Part of the resultHow to use it
Lamp referenceCopy the complete code, including suffixes. A wildcard in a family listing is not an orderable finish choice.
ResistorCheck the named reference, quantity and conditions; do not assume every lamp needs the same one.
Harness or adapterDistinguish the tail-lamp harness, reverse-lamp connection and any product-specific adapter.
NotesRead the qualifications attached to the reference and the vehicle result.
SourceCheck the manufacturer page and the date or period to which the information applies.

A result can contain alternative lamp references. That does not mean every listed lamp and accessory should be purchased together. Keep the source’s grouped combinations intact and ask about anything that is ambiguous.

Example: the same Junior lamp, two different 12V vehicles

The following examples show why “12V” alone cannot select a kit. They are published reference combinations, not installation approval for an individual truck.

Example: the same Junior lamp, two different 12V vehicles
Manufacturer recordLampListed resistorListed tail-lamp harness
Hino Dutro / Toyota Dyna, small truck, original incandescent lamps, 12V, 2010 onwardOCJR-CRC-01OER0-04CTOTH-HSD-S
Isuzu Elf, small truck, original incandescent lamps, 12V, 2023 onwardOCJR-CRC-01OERM-020-N; two sets requiredOTH-ISE-S

Both records state that a reverse-lamp harness is not required for this Junior entry. Read the complete Dutro/Dyna record and Elf record before using the example.

Notice the different resistor and harness codes despite the shared lamp reference and voltage. Also notice that “two sets required” is a quantity. It is not a reference to footnote 2. Preserve the quantity when requesting a quote.

Example: a V500-specific adapter is a separate item

The Hino Profia manufacturer record for factory LED vehicles from 2017 onward lists the HOMURA V500 family with OTH-HLT-ML as the tail-lamp harness and OTH-HV5-1 as the V500-specific adapter. It states that a reverse-lamp harness is not required for that entry.

Those roles matter. The presence of a vehicle harness does not erase a separately listed product adapter. Read the lamp and resistor lines and the linked conditions as well; these two harness codes alone are not a complete shopping list. The wildcard lamp references still require an exact version and finish to be confirmed.

Keep current and historical sources distinct

The earlier lamp table is dated November 2023, while its harness tables are dated September 2022. Those dates belong to the documents. They should not be replaced by the date someone last viewed the website.

An older reference can remain useful without proving that a newer revision is interchangeable. A shared family name is not evidence that every suffix or generation has the same installation requirements. Use the current result for the actual configuration, and retain historical references as historical references.

Understand an incomplete answer

The manufacturer’s 2026-onward Canter / Nissan Atlas 12V result had applications still under verification when checked. Do not choose an installation kit from that pending status.

Some acquired manufacturer pages also end before all product information is complete. Where a result is marked incomplete, missing accessories or notes remain unknown. An absent entry is not evidence of incompatibility, and a truncated entry is not a complete kit.

Turn the result into a useful request

Open the confirmation link beside the result, review the vehicle details and describe anything still unknown. Keep the exact references and quantities; add your country and connector photographs when available. The contact page lets you prepare editable text for email, copy or download. It does not send a message automatically.

The aim is a precise question that the supplier can verify—not a parts list assembled from several almost-matching trucks.
